What are the respective timeframes for customization, production, shipment, and delivery?
Both our wheel sets and rims are custom-made products. It takes approximately 20 days from the time you confirm your order to the completion of production and shipment. If our in-stock products happen to match the configuration of your order exactly, we will ship them within 3 working days. The delivery time varies depending on your delivery address: UPS typically takes 4-9 working days, and DPD (Duty-Paid Door-to-Door) usually takes 15-25 days.
Delivery Methods
- Delivery via courier services, such as UPS. This option offers relatively fast speed, but recipients need to cooperate with customs clearance and pay taxes/duties.
- For certain regions, delivery via DPD with prepaid taxes/duties is available, which enables direct door-to-door delivery.

How to choose the wheel rim depth?
Generally speaking: For flat roads or if you pursue aerodynamics, choose a high-profile rim (50mm+); for climbing or if lightweight is a priority, choose a low-profile rim (below 35mm); for all-around road conditions, choose a mid-profile rim (40-50mm).
