• The Aero40 series wheelset is an ultra-light carbon-spoke wheelset designed by CROSSRIM with a focus on lightweight and all-round performance. The 40mm-tall rim delivers exceptional all-round performance, achieving a fine balance in terms of weight, aerodynamics, rigidity, and crosswind sensitivity. Most notably, the wheelset with a 21mm inner width weighs as little as 1075g ± 3%, while the 24mm inner width version is as light as 1125g ± 3%. It offers extremely quick acceleration response and highly sensitive handling, making you feel like you’re riding on the wind.
• The rims are handcrafted from high-quality Toray carbon fiber, with optional inner widths of 21mm and 24mm. Thanks to high-grade raw materials combined with precise and scientific carbon cloth lamination, each 21mm inner width rim weighs as little as 340g, and each 24mm inner width rim as little as 365g, while maintaining strength requirements higher than industry standards, thus achieving a better balance of weight, performance and strength. With two width options available, they are compatible with various specifications of frames and tires, including clincher tires and tubeless tires.

• The spokes adopt CROSSING T1 carbon spokes, which are ultra-light carbon spokes specially designed for lightweight, rigidity and performance. Each spoke weighs only 2.15g, with the main body made of high-modulus carbon fiber and both ends of the spokes made of titanium alloy—representing a perfect combination of modern high-performance materials.
• With 20 spokes at the front and 20 at the rear, it provides sufficient performance support while balancing weight and rigidity.

• The H-WORKS hub, exclusively designed for carbon spokes with a planetary ratchet structure, boasts advantages of ultra-high responsiveness, durability, and smoothness, making it suitable for high-rotation riding scenarios. It features a center-lock disc brake hub, undergoes ultra-precision machining, and is specially optimized for lightweight and performance—with a pair weighing only 283g.
